Today hasn't been too bad. 3 house cleans first Carol and Nick, the 2nd a nice old woman we have been before another cup of tea. 3rd a new customer to Maria and I big house busy day. missed swimming, but went to the gym for one hour . Then home. Watching Emmerdale and Coranation Street. I found my exercises and work all good for exercises, but I'm still eating far too much. I don't know how to greive for Jim, with out food. How does one stop eating too much? Can anyone who might have been in the same boat please give me tips on how to change this? As I am now a stone over weight. I have been looking back at my old site, and the saddest thing is seeing Jim so in love with me celebrating 2023, and before it's finished, God decided to take him away from me. It doesn't seem possible to be in the lonely boat now. I still can't get my head around it. 😫 it's still so raw. Someone told me a woman found love again after losing her husband only 6 months. I think it's far too soon. But we are all different. I'm still too much in love with Jim. No one else would be good enough for me. if I am not unkind, I'm just realistic . I intend to live a happy life because Jim would want me to be. But I truly know I will never be in love again. yes, there are some people who would say never say never. But there is no messing about with me, I mean it. Anyway, how are you all. Today, I have done 21,292 steps also been to the gym. I truly hope your all OK, love and very best wishes always. Hi, this week I have struggled with lots of anger and tears. But it's goodness today. Went to an aerobics class then to the dentist, all good. Weigh day tomorrow flip. I don't think it will be good news. Still, it's only me who puts food in my mouth, no one else. So only I can correct it. Anyway, I truly hope all your weigh-ins are good ones. Good luck, everyone.
