Have had a great week physically starting off with an 8km hike and then and 4.5km Geotrek. 10,000+ steps everyday and exceeded my 30 min active minutes every day. Although I haven’t lost I am wondering if I have had enough food as I have felt hungry at times this week. Not going to stress over no loss as I know what I did this week and I can see results in the mirror.

Yes! The scales have finally moved in the right direction again! 😍
Next mini goal: Lose 1.9kgs to get under 15 stone😀
