I don't trust my scales anymore but I'm trying to keep them in the same place everyday and I weight myself multiple times to ensure they always give me the same number.

Yesterday I went for a 20 minute run (2.4 km + a 0.65 km extra that I always run when I'm approaching my house as a last stretch). It felt OK, not a lot of effort, so I think I'm getting there. It was my W6D2 of c25k.

My next four runs (w6d3 to w7d3) will be 25 minute runs. I estimate that will be 3 km. I'm not trying to run any faster. I want to do something that I can do comfortably and do it often for the cardiovascular benefits. I would like to be able to run longer though. So, the same slow speed for longer time. Or be able to run uphill without feeling like I'm dying. But I already feel a lot of the benefits, I get less tired while walking, for example.

I still feel awful while going upstairs though. I mean I can do it but I feel lightheaded and wind-up. But to get better at that I should train with a stepmil or something like that.

Anyways! All of this to say that I'm still happy about being back on track, I have all of my spreadsheets ready, and I'm gonna try to do this month right. All I need right now is to get to 87.
