For the back story...The weight went up to 209.8 and after one whole day of dirty fasting... we have 206. Why am I finally getting on the wagon (prays she can stay on it) 1. my wedding rings are too small. 2. I REFUSE TO BUY FAT CLOTHES. 3. Just found out that Unique vintage store is in Burbank and totally doo-able. We are going this weekend. I will find something FABULOUS { or at least drool worthy for hubby} and get one size too small. Dirty fasting you ask?... Coffee with heavy cream, and the occasional Korean coffee when I feel like I'm hungry. chicken broth. so liquids only. Korean coffee. Strong coffee egg yolk with protein string removed. 1 tbs sugar free flavor syrup, pinch of keto salt mix zip it up in the ninja presto.... yumm.

THATS THE LAST STRAW! After the horror of the weekend... wait... no sense starting in the middle. Planned trip. The costumed fun at the fall " Halloween" Taste of Knotts Berry farm. As a typical prideful nerd, I got out the costume to do the dry run and refine the look to the event. (i.e. flipping medieval garb into old west to match hubby's Texas ranger) The project was going well until I got to the corset... I AM TOO FAT FOR IT. My nerd brain is screaming over the atrocity. So, to remind me why I am behaving, I have used a lot of magnets to attach my corset to the fridge front. It looks nuts but, a nerd does what a nerd has to do.

I had no time to make friends pre plague. I'm tired of seeing and crafting and cooking. basically what I am saying is that while everything else is out of order...the #&÷kit response still works VERY WELL..
