Oh nooooo
This is not going well. Binged for two days since joining... I cannot record all the food I ate on my food journal because I can't remember all the stuff I have eaten and I don't really want to remember. So far so bad. I just need some motivation before it gets really bad.

I have developed a binging habit and have left this site for around just over half a year... I have gained a lot of weight and am quite frightened about what to do and what to eat now. It has been really scary going through this annoying eating habit but there have been a lot of supportive people giving advice on Youtube ^_^ I hope I can make my eating habits healthier and maybe stay clean away from comfort foods such as bread and chocolate as they have been getting both my health and emotions down. Back to this site again :D

Finally eating healthily again after yesterday. I have done my exam and it was great! I still have twenty exams to go though. ^o^

OMG today I am so scared because I have a exam tomorrow I feel so stressed... I have over eaten as well and I feel even more sick I hope this feeling goes.
