Oh my gosh, I've got from just a few thousand steps in a day with home learning, to 10,000 steps walking the kids to school and back. I am shattered in the evening. I'll need to rethink my calories, carbs etc to adjust. Its a bit of a shock to the body 😴

I have weighed myself and I've met my goal! It's been 9 weeks in total and I've lost just over a stone. I started using this app in week 2 and couldn't have done it without it. Of all the diets it's the first time I've done the calorie deficit and it works. I've lost my 2020 weight gain and more. I haven't seen this weight in years. Now looking at my body especially at my age and after kids I can see I need to lose a little more to help with the tummy, but I've actually got to start toning now. Other than a few Joe wicks sessions with the kids which was short lived, I did a few walks and am only a bit active but no serious exercise and the calorie deficit still works. So now I do need to introduce the toning. Hopefully I'll get the exercise part covered walking the kids to school next week! I'll keep going with this app to drop maybe 1 or 2 more pounds but otherwise try and maintain the weight. Good luck everyone xx

My lovely husband did our batch cooking. As there is 2 of us on the cal deficit it's hard to cook enough meals to see us 1 week of cal controlled dinners. Pic shows 4 meals each chicken curry with lentils 565 cal and chicken stew with cous cous 543 cal.
