was craving a roast dinner. so i cooked some garlic roasts in the air fryer and put on plate sainsbury thin beef slices 120 calories and some chicken slices again 100 cals and loads if steamed veggies some gravy and. whole dinner 530 calorie.was yum.

well after nearly six week at the same weight( after a car accident a fire in my mums flat. my mums dementia getting worse.it was so much stress) I've started finally to lose a little weight. I know stress caused me to over drink (not eat ) and it empty calories.but I'm trying to cut back I don't want to be 13st on my 60 the birthday Xmas eve. got to try harder

im craving a proper breakfast . this will suffice at under 350 calories.. been stuck at same weight for ages. my down fall is weekends when i tend to over drink then over eat. i usually lose a few lbs during the week then put it back on again the weekend.

getting back to the diet after a horrendous month with a car accident and my mum being diagnosed with dementia. still at same weight. after lots of over drinking.today i had turkey rashers. scrambled egga1 0z potatoes n black coffee 331 calories.diet again

been off the diet three days and put on three pounds, fraid im comfort eating and drinking. got hit by a car when i was in a car park and got thrown to floor N dragged along.freak accident. im ok got bruises all over. but the diet went out the window.
