I had a very very bad eating day yesterday , so bad that I felt sooooo sick the evening I didn't binge but the stuff that i ate was very high carb and full of sugar , unhealthy empty calories it was very nice when i had it but later OMW. I really don't like feeling that way. So yesterday at the confirmation party everyone had something to say about what i was eating , not like there was any healthy options , so i smiled and answered very calmly , why is everyone focused on what i eat , last time when i checked I was the only one including my husband that could eat this treats, only active people at this party, I'm so sorry I don't want to sound rude but maybe you need to check your own plate and body. and SMILE

Only activity I did this weekend was moving my hand to my mouth , we went camping this weekend, swimming water slides , I did them all. only did a 5.4km trial run with almost 200m of uphill , and loose gravel road, legs feel it today.
also have my visitor, maybe that can be some of my weight gain. other than that I just loved the short break and the not so normal life.

21 Oct 2017 - 5km park run - time 26min
22 Oct 2017 -109km cycling race the wind was soooo bad time 3:58
coming weekend we will be camping and hope to do some MTB and maybe a 3-5km jog
This week I'm doing a crush diet just till Friday to drop a kg or 2 maybe water weight as we will be eating and drinking this coming weekend.

13 Oct 2017 - weight training - upper body only.
14 Oct 2017 - 70km cycle a lot of hills + 5km jog.
15 Oct 2017 - forced myself not to do anything , this was hard but I needed a proper late sleep in, and doing no exercise day only thing missing is a full body massage.
