So today I have woke up feeling fabulous!!!!! Still sore but f@#king fabulous!! This protein has been helping my weekly binges.. They don't happen anymore.. Haven't even craved anything :-0!! so thank you to the two that recommended I have it.... Hope everyone has a brilliant day :D xx

So my gym bunny is poorly today, so no workout today!! a little relieved, because I still can't walk properly lol...

So I did my second trx class yesterday and omgosh he was brutal!!! Don't I feel it! I literally can't walk now I've woke up and I have aerobics and body pump tomorrow.... Feeling the burn ;)

I weighed in a day early yesterday so I did it again... I hope it's right lol!!
Can't believe I have 14lbs to go to reach my 10st target weight!! When I seen 67lbs to go, I thought no chance I'm forever fat!! I'm not meant to be thin I don't deserve it, then results were, self pity eating!! more and more rubbish... But my heaviest was 15st2lbs..on this it's 14st 11!... I'm shocked thinking about it and why the hell did I do it to myself!! Wish I did this when I was much younger! And can't wait to smash them 14lbs :D bring it on!!!
