Day off today to have a restaurant lunch with a friend that I haven't seen for ages still only consumed 1058 calories but carb count too high!! Back on track tomorrow.

Only lost a pound in over a week and I have been so good! Still it is still in the right direction - will keep going and up the exercise. I have gone from 1000 steps a day to over 10,000 and enjoying doing a few step ups and hand weights indoors. 2stone 4lbs off so far.

This site is amazing for checking your carb and calorie intake, I didn't realise where I was going wrong with other diets. At 70 this is the first diet that is working and I have lost 30lbs so far, and have not really felt hungry and already look and feel so much healthier. A diet that I can enjoy is amazing!!

Hi everyone, I seem to get stuck every half stone or so for a few days, is this normal on a low carb diet? I was thinking of combining low carb with intermittent fasting - has anyone tried it??? Lost 28lbs and got 28 to go x
