I feel so proud of myself. Went down to night markets for dinner last night. Had some chicken satays which fit into my RDI. Did not give in to any other temptations and there were plenty. The biggest one was when everyr else baught giant licorice straps which I love. I didnt even have a bite. Yay me. No movement on the scales for a couple of days but I know consistency pays off. Weekends are always hard esp when its summer here and I would lve to be on the deck with a glass of wine. But no drinkies for me. Hope everone has a fab weekend :-)

Another great day. Food within RDI and exercise on track. And the scales are moving in the right direction. What more can one ask for.
Am really enjoying adding a bit of yoga into my routine and not trying to overdo the cardio. I have seriously overtrained in the past and it doesnt work. Its got to be about balance.
Loving the food too. Lchf really suits me. Hope everyone else is going strong :-)

Great day today. Didnt get my weights session In tho. Just ran out of time. Will do tomorrow instead. Going to get on spin bike soon.
Energy levels are way better and the headache I had most of the weekend has gone. Am also going to try and get to bed earlier as need more sleep. Hv a great day tomorrow everyone. Aim high!

Had a craving for toast today but probably only because I was making some for my grandson. But I resisted. Didnt feel hungry much today but had a big dinner. Pork belly yummy but very high in calories. No energy to bike today but did some yoga stretches instead. Back pains been pretty bad over the weekend. Looking forward to doing a good weights workout at the gym tomorrow night. Have a great week everyone. Make every day count :-)

Woke up with killer headache today so didnt end up going out tonight. Apparently normal on lfhc plans. Had to force myself to eat today. The family wanted chinese tonight so I had some of the meat and vege. No noodles rice or wontons. I usually feel sick after chinese takeaways and actually felt pretty good apart from my head. Gonna go do a big vege shop tomorrow. Hope everyone else is sticking to their plans :-)
