Treating myself. Jacket potato with cheese! Actually there’s a couple of things I’m not stopping eating, because I want to still eat them afterwards when I’ve lost my weight, and I’m not going to start adding food back once I’ve reached my ideal weight.

Has anyone seen these? 41 calories for a full can full. One of your five a day. That’s less than a cup a soup, less than WW tinned soups. They do other ones too. I’m going to get a few for a cupboard for quick lunches. Amazing, I think.
