Went for a run today for the first time in forever. My feet are numb and I was gasping like a fish out of water but dammit I finished. Felt good. Now the weathers turning I can get moving again.

Day 2 of modified fat fast. Going pretty well, I feel less bloated already. I am SO glad I remembered someones advice about the low carb headache, a cup of bouillon helps tremendously.(most likely Dayberndt, she knows everything!!!)
I am not going to get on the scale until next week. The first few days are water weight, blah blah blah and I don't want to stress about it anymore than I already am.
Y'all are quiet lately with a few exceptions. Hope everyone is busy with good things and enjoying life.

OK I am getting back on track. My eating is all over the place, I feel yucky, and I can't do 3 of my regular yoga poses. Enough!
I am going to try a fat fast for a few days to get me back into the groove. I have 3 days until school vacation for the brats, I mean my angels. I realize its probably not a 'true' fat fast but close enough it should work.
Wish me luck and don't talk to me until Saturday lol!
