I'm hovering in weight. No loss this month. I've been eating very well. yesterday I was very hungry and my calories were high. that's OK. i think I was sleep deprived. Sleep is so important. I need to get some sun! I'm not motivated to do anything which isn't good. I need to fight my body/ brain, get up, put some music on and try to fix my messed up brain. Chronic fatigue and lupis sux. I'm not sure I believe I've got lupus. I'm going to post a before after pict at my final weight this month. goal today , pay bills, take the doggie for a mile hike. let's go. Sometimes we must fight to feel better!

No bun double cheese burgers. I ate these often when I started my journey. Cheap and saved me many days. I had the munchies all day. I'm not going to do the Lion Diet. I'll stick to ketovore. I don't need the pressure, but I'll limit the dairy.

May in Review: I lost 5 pounds in May. 🥳 I'm on track to reach my goal for my birthday -mid June. It's going to be close. I've been slowly adding more food over the last few months and plant to add slowly to find my maintenance happy point. I've been consistently walking more, but my PF is acting up again. I'm looking for a new pair of shoes. They changed the Brooks ghost design and they are no good. I'll try to find another New Balance pair . That's what I'm using now. I've got lots of droopy skin and thank God for clothes!
LION diet update. I tried to start yesterday but gave in to the bacon 🥓 and cheese in the middle of the night after I was frightened by 4 phone calls in a row from an unknown that woke me up and I did not answer! Be weary of scams. They are rampant and can even fake your loved ones voices!
So, I'll try again today, beef, salt, water, oh geez. I bought salmon yesterday 🤣 maybe I'll do beef and salmon for the next few weeks. My body, my rules. I just need to get rid of that cheese. I woke up with a headache and clenched jaw 2 days in a row.
It's June! I hope everyone is doing well. This year's goal for me it to consistently lift weights. I use to be a big free weight lifter. I'm hoping my muscles spring back 🤣 In my dreams.

Wooo, this was the BEST wild salmon I've ever cooked. I bought it yesterday at COSTCO. I was expecting skin but it was removed. Yeah. Some butter on top. It was well worth the splurge. I froze the rest of it. I hope it's as good as the fresh I had today!

Bacon already eaten! How do you log ground beef? Raw was 6 oz, cooked was only 3.25. Tomorrow, I'm going only beef for a week min. to ID any inflamation triggers. Lion Diet, Whose with me?! After, I will add one food at a time-potentialproblem eggs first
