Well, I’m happy with my weight now, just a bit of toning needed so I’ll search out that Pilates dvd I bought and never did 😂
I’ve been on a three month journey and the biggest thing I’ve learnt is that change can happen with the right support and mind set even with a pandemic, or inspire of it. In my case it gave me the impetus to cut out the daily bottle(s) of wine and get back into health care which I’m loving. Not ever going back to old ways and excuses, thanks to all who just gave me a little help along the way. X

Over the moon, nearly there, just a couple of pounds to go and I’m finding it so easy to stick with my eating plan Including not drinking. Haven’t touched a drop of alcohol since mid January and I really don’t miss it. Hopefully this is me now for the future, I’m getting on in years and I want to make the most of my future.
I’ve been working at our local Vaccination Centre for a few weeks now and I’m loving it working for the NHS again, it’s such a buzz.
This pandemic has given me the kick I needed.
