I'm getting pretty good at this low carb thing... Today I enjoyed my veggies with butter and I got a good amount of protein. I'm looking forward to my weigh in next week!

I slept longer than usual and I wasn't as hungry. I also cut back on carbs and calories today. I realized that my low calorie Gatorade had 20 grams of carbs per bottle. That's no bueno, so I'll be drinking water and seltzer from now on. I hope you all had a great day! 💋

I must be holding on to some serious water weight, because I have kept my calories under 1600 a day and I am drinking tons of water. I started a fat burner from GNC on Friday and it gives me energy, but makes me hungry. I have been very disciplined despite the many hunger pains.

I am a little under the weather, so I don't have much of an appetite today. My weigh in earlier motivated me to join a gym. I joined Planet Fitness for $1 down and $20 a month with unlimited guests. I guess I'll drag the husband to the gym with me tomorrow.
