I find that when I eat carbs in my breakfast, even if just bran flakes, I am hungry sooner in the day than with a keto breakfast. Interesting.

Today I find I dropped almost 2 kilos in 2 weeks, and I didn't do a totally strict diet. I realise that hormonal changes are also an influence, and how slow this is happening for me, but happy with the result!

With an average of 1326 cals a day, I fail to understand how I can have put 300grs this week. Starting to doubt the balance...

This is my 6th week of diet and my 3rd one using fatsecret.
What I see it's happening is that I have become so reliant on this that I don't dare eat anything whose weight and calory number I don't know, as I want to log everything in (and I do).
And I don't dare to surpass the number of calories I set as a goal, because I would feel bad with myself for doing so.
Not sure if this is good or bad
