So the UK is back in another month of lockdown. I have totally not been careful of what have have eaten or how much I work out. I am going to look at the next four weeks as a challenge. I am going to eat healthily try and keep my steps up and compete with myself to see what I can achieve in a month. I am using this app to keep me on track as I was doing so well at start of the year. drawing a line!!! it's fresh fruit and veg from now on. I can do this!!!!

so frustrating I let my myself put so much weight on in lock down. Really kicking myself :-( I have not been doing any exercise and have been eating junk and drinking wine so i only have my self to blame. New month ... new me ... got to get back on it!

emmmmm OK so doing a weigh in of shame as i went totally off course this weekend so i want to log it and get on with being good instead of worrying about breaking even at the end of the week and not saying anything. I had a Curry takeaway ( on the Friday and left overs on the sat) a girly night with us all eating chocolate and munchies during the film ( i did buy skinny popcorn but this was ignored) and meal out with friends. Not good for the scales but it was lovely. Right now time to be good and get back on track!
