Haven't had a scale victory this week but have definitely noticed a difference in how I feel and how I look. Clothes are fitting better and I'm starting to notice a waist again - something I haven't seen for a long time!
I'll take that as a victory!

So, I started Pilates this week. My muscles are screaming at me but you know, the good kinda screams!
Been far too busy to keep track of what I've eaten but it's definitely not as much as before.
I'm seeing a little change in my shape over the past few weeks, so that's a nice start!
Weekend ahead of social events so food and exercise will not be my top priority but I'll be good, I swear 😇

So, I had my diabetic review this morning and according to the scale at my Doc office, I've lost 8 kilos. 8!!! Since my last weigh in there.
My scale at home is weighing me in 2lbs over what the doc office is saying. I feel like I should stick to my own scale as this is the one I use the most??

So, I've got 7lb to go to my mini goal - any tips on getting there a little quicker but still safely?
I don't want to drop it and gain it right back.
I'm thinking of adding more water and herbal teas??
