Stayed below 28% fat to calorie ratio. Very good.
It has been a slow process to get the weight drop.

It may take 3 mo before I begin to see real weight loss. Still if I can stay at 1 lb per week - I will be on target.

This is a slow process. I am hoping this month the weight will begin to fall off. I feel lighter and that is good in itself.

At a pound a week - that would be 4 lbs/month and that means the proecess is working.

I have gained 2 lbs.

Time to reevaluate the calorie intake versus exercise.

This is doable.

Last night was a board meeting. We meet at a local restaurant, so I know in advance to prepare my food combinations. However, last night with barometric pressure up and waning effects from a full moon, the meeting required butter and bread to sustain myself.

Just one slip - back on the horse as everything else is positive.

Today is my one month anniversary on Fatsecret.com.
I weighed 174 on Jan 14.
Saturday I weighed in at 167.
This equals a loss of 7 lbs for the month.

At this rate, I will be at my target weight by June 1st way ahead of the Nov expectation. June or Nov - I am on my way and will succeed.

I may start drinking my veggie concoction to insure I get the right daily vegetable intake. Each day I improve the food combinations. It is important to have iron, protein, fat, & carbs in their correct ratios.

This will be my diet for the rest of my life. It is good.
