My Ketone levels are really good at the moment and I'm enjoying the spring weather in Hertforshire :) All is good.

Today is my 53rd birthday. That means that I get to eat a small bar of chocolate and don't have to worry about the disaster that was yesterday...54g of carbs...yikes!

For the last 10 days I have been eating a single meal each day. I'm really enjoying this style of intermittent fasting and it has improved my glucose (down) and ketone (up) levels.
