Happy Friday everyone! It's been a great week here. I've started on my workout routine and feeling my way through on how my body reacts. I've noticed that I am very hungry after working out. What does everyone eat afterward? I've read so many different opinions that it makes my mind spin.
How is everyone doing? Plans for the weekend?

Good evening all. I've been hit or miss here lately, more missing than anything else. I'm 2 1/2 weeks after having surgery. I'm definitely not bouncing back like last one. I'm so working up to a full day at work and am so ready for my massive swelling to go away. I'm like 15 lbs swollen and that is some reduction to the swelling. I feel like a oompa loompa. It's all going to be good.

Happy Friday everyone!
It's been a great week. Work has slowed just a smidge so I don't feel like I'm behind all the time. There's not a whole lot more going on in my world right now.
I am working on my positivity. This world is crazy and it's easy to get down in the dumps, have anxiety and go off on people. I've been praying to peace of self.
I hope all have a fabulous Friday and a most fabulous weekend.
