Today is my day off! So I’m having a chilled day, taking my time with stuff, but still making sure everything gets done that needs doing - grocery shopping, the gym, cooking, tidying the house and a bit of studying for my GCSE psychology that I started last week.
Today’s cooking includes coq au vin avec chocolat (simply cook), spiced red lentil soup and Italian pasta and bean soup :D then all into the freezer to be used and lunches and dinners while at work.
