I weighed in at home yesterday and 'est' it was 177 but today I finally got my gym membership set and took another weighing on their scales (more accurate) and 175 sounded much better, so I'm doing an new weigh in for Monday. I want Monday as my weigh in day anyways. (No, I don't think I lost two pounds over night).
I also got my first day of a 'full' workout in since, I-don't-know-when, and it feels good (although legs are jelly). In my research I found some facts and ideas for weight loss, specifically in the belly area where I keep my extra. It mentioned that women who did 300+ minutes of cardio a week (which is 40-45 mins, 6-7 days/week) lost more belly fat than those that did less. Previously I'd been only doing about 25 mins so I upped my game. Today was 26 mins brisk walking (working up to jogging) and 19 mins elliptical (45). One day I'll look at this and think "Is that all?" but hey, it's the first day. I'm proud of myself.
Weight training and other exercises are in addition to that. The next hurdle is getting those mins in for the next 5 days (Sunday break)

My husband and I took a longer than planned trip up to Washington and the Oregon Coastal towns. It was fun just driving and stopping "where-ever". It's not like you can make many plans since the majority of places to "see" or eat at were "closed" for 'Covid' reasons. We found some interesting places to go to, ate plenty of seafood and got plenty wet in the winter rains.
AW, I LOVE the Northwest and really miss living out there.
I didn't track any food or activity though I did try to be more choosy about my food options.

RE-start.
I have really sucked at tracking.

I just noticed that I started my account March 2008. THAT'S CRAZY!
Anyway, I've been using this app/tracker off and on for over 10 years and the one thing I can say is that "At least my weight has been pretty darn consistent!". Consistently 35 - 40 Lbs overweight but at least NOT gaining more.
Now I am going to start this weight losing, shape building, and health improving attempt again. I find that if nothing else, the food and exercise tracking keeps me aware of my bad habits, so I want to start tracking that again.

One thing I love about being American is that we really like to mix things up thanks to our mixed cultures & interest in other cultures foods.
