I fx. some ribs so I haven't been going to the gym at all, I will try to start back Monday and see if I still hurt to bad. I haven't been doing to good with the woe this week. I will start again tomorrow morning for sure

I have 3 fx ribs so I'm unable to go to the gym right now. I tried but it is to painful right now. But I am still doing the Atkins.

I did gain wt. but I have lost it again. I hate it but its done and I'm not looking back. I keep doing the same thing all the time. Every time I loose wt. I think I can eat and I gain again. I have done. this all my life. That's why I have to wt. everyday.

I'm going to a grand daughter's birthday party. I hope I behave myself. don't think I will, my will power is really good now. I don't have those desires as much as I use to. Thanks to my new woe. It really does curve my desire for all that crap I once ate.
