I've been out of communication during the holidays (sorry about that), but have started a new way of eating and it's working very well. It's embarrassing to admit it, but I went all the way up to 157 pounds over the holidays. With my new way of eating, I'm now already at 145 pounds. I think I have finally found something that works for me. Yay!
I won't be recording my food and exercise here because I need to record it elsewhere for a while, but I am being very diligent about the tracking.
The holidays were wonderful because both my kids were unexpectantly able to come home. Also, my son got his dream job working for Yelp in San Francisco. And, my daughter held on to her engineering scholarship.
