Blood pressure was recorded as 111/72 and pulse of 84.
I have lost more than planned for the last two weeks I believe due to a drastic increase in my Liss cardio activity. We lost our cat and I have been spending a couple of hours a day walking around the area looking and calling for him.
As a result I have been losing muscle mass as well as fat and my strength in the gym has dropped. So I think now is the time to end the cut and try to establish my new maintenance calorie level.

Body fat recorded at 10.7% blood pressure was recorded as 123/75 pulse of 76. Not a good week due to my wife having to be taken to hospital I missed a few training sessions and my diet has been off.

Blood pressure was recorded as 121/73 pulse of 83. I will run one or two more weeks in calorie deficit before I try to establish my new maintenance levels and commence a lean bulk.
