Ive got a few weekends away, staying in a Premiere Inn. Breakfast is included, but i didn't want to spend more money for meals etc. so i'll be staying the first wkend fri-sun, then the other 2 wkends it'll be Sat-Sun. I just want to know, what would you all do for your meals?? As there isn't a mini fridge or microwave in their rooms :( So u can't really prep meals, unless u just stored them in ur suitcase :/
There is a Tesco Extra nearby i think, but again, i don't wanna be wasting all this money :(
I was thinking of maybee buying something like meal replacement bars?
Any idea folks?

I got told to add on weight if i want to lift weights. so for month ive been trying to eat more n more meats, more protein stuff.last month and this month ive gained a bit more weight and more muscle mass (yay!).
So i don't really have a target goal weight anymore, not sure which weight i want to be, i just want to gain muscle mass, and be stronger and leaner. Whatever weight that may be, i dont care, as long as i look good and feel good, i dont cre about what the scales say.
So if ur working out, eating right, who cares what the scales say :D
