Been sicker "than a dog."
Had stomach flu...for past 4 days...on mend now...this stomach bug reminded me greatly of the two times (years ago)I suffered food poisoning ...Either one will assist us to temporarily suspend our "love affair"
With junk food and unhealthy eating
...I actually see these days of intestinal agony as a "true gift" to assist me in my latest commitment. :)

Drawing a new line in the sand....(Dang, lines in the sand don't work unless you PERSONALLY plan your eating and then eat your plan.) But the EASTER season is a GREAT time to make a recommitment...(If this were easy, there would NOT be websites like this one.) Y'all have a GREAT Tuesday and know how much I really APPRECIATE every single ONE of you that takes the time and effort to be supportive....I close with a quote I discovered recently that shows how much we ALL need EACH OTHER!!!!

This whole diet/weight/healthy eating cchallenge is mostly in the brain...I KNOW that....I struggle with why
I insist on "sub-par"performance...over and over....if a person doesn't eat ON PLAN then the results will certainly NOT be on plan...have a mindful and healthy weekend FS Buddies!!!!
