Today is the 1st day of the stabilization phase of my HCG weight loss. Now I get to gradually add in other foods and by trial & error figure out what makes me gain vs. maintain vs. continue to lose. This is the scary part as I have to ensure my weight does not go above 207.2. Hopefully I will continue to lose instead. I am so close to going below 200 lbs. that I can't stand it!!!

Interestingly, today is a 'steak' day as it seems to be recommended to up my calories to 800/day and change up my metabolism. I love steak and I am not whining... 800 calories mostly in steak is easier said than done when I am used to less than 500/day.

Now I can up my exercise and do weight bearing and intentional exercise. This way I should use more fat as energy instead of muscle, which I need to reserve as much as possible.

Once I reach my goal I plan to try the Keto plan to maintain my weight loss and stop the yo-yo for the last time!
