Worked a little harder this week to get rid of my holiday weight. Very happy! I’m almost in the 12 stone bracket, and so close to my target! 🙌🏼🎯

I’ve just been to Rome for 5 days. I ate lots of pizza, pasta and A LOT of gelato. This result isn’t surprising 😂 I have no regrets though, Italy was great and I wanted to enjoy my holiday for what it was. BUT! Back on the grind now and time to lose some weight, no excuses 🫵🏼

Just come back from a week in Rome and it’s fair to say, I’ve piled on a few pounds! No regrets, as I wanted to enjoy Italy as much as possible, including the food. Back on the grind today. Time to get back into shape after my pasta binge 😇
