Quick question for everyone;

How many calories do you all consume per day? Just want to know what is healthy/recommended. Think I might be going a bit low recently as I’m doing much less exercise

I have a question - would really appreciate if anyone could give some advice!

Recently got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and started medication, but I’ve heard that people with hypo need very specific diets to lose weight. Anyone know what foods to strictly avoid/look for in their diet??
