Hit my mini milestone. I’m going for small goals of 5lbs and today I did it. I can even get back into a pair of jeans I have not been able to in forever. Yay!!!

Down another 2 lbs! Still eating meat, fruits, and veggies. Not starving which is great. Trying to switch up my meals so I don’t get bored with my choices. The weather has been snowy so can’t get outside much to walk but have been cleaning houses and getting my exercise in that way.

Yay! I’ve been holding steady at 170 and thought I had hit the plateau. Down another 2lbs!!!

Weight is still slowly going down. It’s been a full week without dairy, processed carbs, or sugar. Only eating meat, fruits, or vegetables. And of course gotta have coffee!
