I'd advise against taking any of the weight loss meds you see on facebook, I'm taking Sulintidtude(?) severe acid reflux. My doc at the VA told me to stop immeadiatly, there's really no oversite on compounded meds like that. Haven't lost any weight from that at all- am excercising and watching my diet closely and have lost about 10lbs in last 30 days. Lots of excersize! Also the meds they gave me for stomach issues drains, drains the energy from you!!

Keeping very busy with lawn and garden, 3/4 0f an acre and the grass seems to be growing like it's radioactive! Been spreading 4 yrds of mulch the past few days, almost finished. Got my nice big tomato cages today, will put them in tomorrow! Donated blood today also in Glen Ellyn, I can feel it! Tired! Well hell, I'm 68 yrs old anyway. Been dropping weight like crazy the last 30 days, watching my diet and lots of exercise! Looking forward to fitting into my wetsuit this fall, haven't been diving in 2 yrs, overdue! Spring is here and I'm finally getting out and getting a lot of excerise! Lots of yard work which I really enjoy and watching my diet closer!
