I was very active when I was a teenager but did not have the best eating habits, so as I got older and less active that quickly caught up to me :/
I went from a muscular 180lbs (I'm 5'9") to an obese 265lbs. When my husband joined the USMC I started eating better and losing weight but then I started having kids lol after two girls back to back I had jumped all the way to 310lbs!! I gained and lost for 2years and wound up back at 265lbs. Finally I was tired of it. I was able to lose the first 23lbs the summer before joining this website. But now with my husband on his second deployment I've decided to kick it into high gear and make sure he comes home to the girl he met and fell in love with eight years ago :)
