Just an average guy, that decided to make a healthy lifestyle change, and definitely reaping the rewards. Was it easy, NO....but was well worth the healthy change. Also, I get a kick out of the results at the cardiologist.
After having a heart attack at 36 (definitely lifestyle - fried food every day, convenience store snacks, smoking, alcohol), now at 53, and in the stages of reversing Atherosclerosis by a eating habit/lifestyle change, and exercise. My biggest challenge is my Vivofit by Garmin. Same as a Fitbit. Daily average is over 30,000 steps/day, and that is not easy as well. Best day was Sunday after Thanksgiving 70,000+. Any yes is was a feat. I usually start my walking routines at each day at 3:00am, but then again, I am catching zees' by 8:00pm. But when you have a goal, write it down, see it all the time, you can achieve anything you set yourself too.
