Hello everyone,
My name is Latoya and I'm 30 and I'm currently 226 lbs. My idea weight is 140 lbs and I will get there. My goals is to drop all sugar and carbs and to add more water and green food to my diet. I have battled with my weight after I had my son and started working in a call center environment. Sitting and eating fatty foods did not help. So now I'm on a journey and I am not going to give up.
