I have never weighed more than 115 my entire life until recently. I have gained these extra pounds due to a tumor in my stomach. So, you will all have to be patient with me because all of this is new to me. I am currently working out at my gym 3 days a week with strength training, and 2 days a week just walking on the treadmill. I love being on the Keto diet and I am trying to learn everything I can. My biggest issue is trying to keep track of what I am eating daily and figuring out how to get enough dietary fat daily in order to to kick me into Ketosis. My Keto Blood machine said I was 0.1.
