I am married with three kids (10, 3, and 1). I have always been "heavy" but not this heavy. The only thing I can say good about it is that I wear it well. To look at me you wouldn't know I weighed as much as I do. I put a goal weight, but I really just want to be healthy at whatever weight that may be.
