SO far I lost 50lbs and reached my goal of 175lbs a month ago and i'm still dropping. I just set a new one at 160lbs but as i'm lifting now I may re-evaluate as I go.
Now i've started weights to put muscle back on and burn off the remaining fat. I aim to get to about 5% fat if i can. Any less 2-4% is the minimum what the body needs and i feel no need to go lower.
After that it will be maintenance only.
