Starting weight actually 325 four years ago, weight loss stalled for 2 years between 270 and 280. Even fasting did nothing, decided to come to Fat Secret to track food intake. So far very helpful, I didn't realize those small snacks were defeating my weight loss.
I am on low carb high fat because I can not walk past a candy bar unless I am on this type of diet. I will probably be on it for life so as to control my appetite for sweets. No cravings for any sweet things on this diet.
