I'm a 70 year old retired Grandma. I worked with Domestic Violence Survivors for 15 years and like to think I made a difference in a few lives.

I like to read, crochet, and make jewelry. I also like to paint birdhouses and Christmas village houses.

I'm fighting my weight and diabetes, so know that it's time for me to get serious about my diet. I can use all the encouragement I can get.
