Active young lady on my feet working 8 hours a day on a stressful full time nursing schedule. Very physical job, and requires strength and acuity in helping others that are disabled.I enjoy walking my dog of 9 years late at night when I get home. I am mindful of my age and weight and proud am on NO medications. I make home made Kombucha tea and take vitamins and spurlina daily. My LDL and HDL both are elevated otherwise, completely healthy. I limit dairy and drink almond milk and occasional glass of wine. Use Hymalayan salt, use cold pressed coconut oil, and grow few herbs at home. I have always been athletic and lately have no time or energy for that extra effort. Before losing my fiance to a crime a few years ago, we would enjoy canoeing, biking, hiking and camping. Love to cook and bake, one of my artistic talents, yet now is to keep myself healthy and strong as well as satisfied,
