I started having weight problems during and after the birth of my twins girls who were in two different sacks. I looked like a Volkswagon. Doctors came from all over to see and measure my belly.I am in books somewhere, lol,but really... I got up to 220lbs. and that is too much for my 5ft 1in. frame.

Now so much time has gone by and now I am 50 in years and I'm sick of being ashamed to even show my legs. No shorts or anything of the sort for 5 years now. I love BB and want to shed these pounds and get into that. I will be taking in info to help me in my journey and may be able to offer some advice along the way.
