52d- 建身完。100g豬腳切片。一杯低碳低卡乳清蛋白。100g優格+10顆杏仁。寫完發現自己也吃太多了。😅😅拜託明天不要再還我體重了,我會崩潰啦⋯⋯

其實這肉根本是多買的,預計的晚餐是沒有這盒肉的⋯ 但是看到貪吃,忍不住就買了⋯ 結果吃3片 就吃不下了⋯ 不過因為宿舍沒冰箱,所以還是會努力吃完⋯ 不想浪費食物。
