Hmm gained almost 2 lbs but drank same amount of water, went to gym 2x in 24 hrs, walked almost 18k steps, and still stayed at my reg calorie deficit. Also fasted for 18 hrs. Ate a little more dairy than usual. So why did cico not work? Because it's BS that's why..
