First day of turning things around and I think I've done ok. I've never done calorie counting before, just followed slimming world. At the time I did really well losing 9 stone 7 but for a hundred different reasons I put all the weight back on. This time though I can't be quite as strict as I'm older and it's just not practical, plus it was damned expensive, so I'm going to cut back on what I eat, how I eat, and what my daughter is eating too. If I can stay within my calculated allowance and then try and do a bit of exercise on top I might just crack it for good. I do need to work out how to put recipes into my food diary as I make all my evening meals from the two chubbycubs website and they have to be worked out into calories etc. So for now, watch this space
