Happy Monday! Considering I really didn't try until Wednesday, I'm happy with this loss. Today will be a fasting day and I plan to start my exercising again. My hip is really hurting but I think I can do things that will not hurt it too much. I'll start with the hand weights and I want to try doing some yoga. I'll be looking on You Tube for ideas. Should be interesting!
