23。今天中午沒放飯,要到下班吃晚飯。所以提早吃。麥當勞經典大早餐。还買2份。但肯定吃一份就飽了。拿掉熱騰騰又軟呼呼的滿福麵包的時候,我的心在掉淚啊,一定很好吃啊。

所以我不敢去麥當勞。 我最愛的東西不是肉, 而是薯條、麵包、甜點 麵食、米飯和菱角 全是低碳飲食的天敵。
