It was harder than usual this time. PMS and feeling bummed & bloated. I almost used that as an excuse to cave. I'm gonna spend some extra time on the treadmill today. I hear that can help with cramps & other "girly-time symptoms"

not unless your like me..no more PMS .... but girls when the hormones get wacky it can get ugly....bug your doing such a fantastic job...very proud of you;)

It can be challenging at this time. I’ve found a protein bar that helps me through this time. The brand is called power crunch chocolate protein bar.
